Little to no primer is needed with this series, but always helps to create MAXIMUM SHINE!
Best way to apply this series is with your finger (along with any lid primer) and gently melt it into to skin or eyelid for MAXIMUM color pay off. EVEN more color pay off when used with a tacky primer, glitter adhesive or setting spray.

ALWAYS use with caution around the eye.
